Pete Taylor is a great agent covering the Berrigan Shire and beyond. I recommend him because some of the other agents around are just the agent alone, not even a secretary and that can't work in this business. Pete got potential buyers through and one made an acceptable offer. His service is professional and he knows the market. You don't want a real estate agent who has images of property they sold a year earlier still hanging in the window (yes, some agents around here do this) and Pete took my house's picture down within a week of selling because he's got plenty of property listed. What you need as a seller is someone always on staff to answer questions and Pete has about 5 staff so yes, he's a professional. I will be using Rob Crowe Real Estate again in the future because I'm satisfied with the job they all did there.
