Over that long period, I have had excellent service and wouldn't think of changing agents. Every Property Management Organisation is only ever as good as its Property Managers. Robert James Reality has been very lucky to have had very good Property Managers. The current Property Manager, Melissa Collins, is definitely one of the best! She is hard working and dedicated to her role. She builds excellent relationships with her clients, the tenants and the tradesmen who are so necessary to keep a property looking its best.
