Jess was managing our house in tewantin and I can highly reccomend her service. We loved the fact Jess gave us her personal contact details and we never had to waste time on hold through the office. Jess went above and beyond looking for the correct tenant and was always attentitive to our house with putting bins out and bringing in whilst the house was vacant. She did all our opens herself and her comunication and openess was a breath of fresh air. I personally have worked in realestate for many years in the past and am always nervous when we have to hand our property over to be managed as I know that not all property managers actively care however with Jess i felt at ease that our house was in great hands.
