I purchased the Tewantin property back in February 1995 from Elders Noosa as the company was called then. As it was an investment property, I immediately requested Elders Noosa to rent it out on my behalf. They have done this now for almost the last 30 years. The rental staff have been excellent and even when the company changed to Robert James Realty around 2013, the level of service certainly did not change. They seamlessly and professionally handled all the issues that arose from the rental property – painting, carpets, air conditioner, fans, fences etc as well as finding new, well-vetted tenants when the occasion required it. I cannot speak highly enough of the rental staff at Robert James Realty and I am sure that level of service will continue for the next 30 years or as long as the new owner, who is also an investor, requires it. I first came in contact with Racheal around the same time as the name of the company changed when I required to get a valuation on the property for my accountant. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and really easy to deal with. I continued to contact Rachael for an evaluation each time I was required by my accountant and always found her efficient and very pleasant to deal with. When it came time to sell the property, I did not think twice about contacting Rachael and putting the sale in her hands. She had only had the property a week when she told me she had a prospective buyer who had asked for another inspection of the property. After that viewing, the prospective buyer signed a contract to purchase – ie only two weeks after listing the property! There were a couple of minor hiccups related to the pest and building inspection, but these were ably and efficiently handled by Rob and Settlement took place seamlessly on Friday, 20 December 2024. Indeed, a swift, professional and skilled outcome under the auspices of Robert James Reality.

Rob has been great to deal with, his communication is his strength. I felt that there was open line to deal with all the little questions, and to negotiate the finer details. The process on my side (my sale) took some time and I really appreciated that open line of communication being there. I don't have any plans to sell, but if I choose to in the future I will be reaching out to Rob.

Marie went over and above to exceed her role as an agent when I purchased a house from her. As the owners were no longer living in the house, I asked for early access two weeks before settlement to have painting internally done, fresh carpets laid in the bedrooms and new flooring in the dual living area. She was extremely accommodating to my needs and the owners were exceptional allowing this to occur before settlement also. Naturally, it was a benefit for the owners to have this done, if settlement didn't go through. Marie was attentive and understood my needs and delivered results for me which I was beyond grateful for. I highly recommend Marie as an agent and her knowledge of the Tewantin area, as she has been a local for many decades. Thank you so much Marie.

Rob and Racheal just achieved an amazing result in selling our Tewantin "doer-upper" home. They achieved top dollar (well over what the market was otherwise indicating); organized, oversaw and were present onsite for inspections and repairs (including obtaining smoke alarm and pool compliance without me having to lift a finger). Rob was able to negotiate and successfully assist in satisfying each every one of the numerous conditions imposed by the buyer, resulting in settlement within time, and a very happy seller (us) and buyer as well! Rob's market knowledge, communication and professionalism were second to none. The number of hours and level of expertise and persistence Rob and Rachael put into getting this sale both underway and over the line was incredible. In all my years of buying and selling reals estate in Queensland, I am confident that only Rob and his team could have brought this deal together, and finessed it through to settlement.
