Rob Anderson and Racheal Sharpe, had provided me with appraisals on my home over many years. With their extensive knowledge of the local area, I had no hesitation in appointing them as my selling agents. They are the nicest people to deal with, very down to earth but still always professional and never pushy. I also wanted an agent who was very easy to deal with and approachable from a potential buyer perspective. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Racheal and the office staff were exceptional and I was able to accept an offer and finalise the sale of my home whilst I was overseas. During the initial meeting, we were impressed with the methodical way the sale process was explained, and when we were presented with their agency's historical sales data, we knew Rob and Racheal were the right choices for us. Despite a slowing down in the market during the sales campaign, Rob's calm and positive approach somewhat allayed our seller's anxiety. At no stage during the campaign did Rob attempt to persuade us to reduce the sale price, a common agent ploy to get a quick sale. Open-house feedback, both verbally and via Email, was outstanding and enabled us to appreciate the amount of behind-the-scene work carried out. We've bought and sold in Tewantin with Marie and both times she's been great to work with. She's honest, friendly, down to earth and really knows the local real estate market. Marie got us a quick sale at a price we were very happy with. If you want a genuine agent who doesn't give you the usual 'spin' then we would highly recommend Marie.

We contacted Rob Anderson because he used to keep us informed about the Real Estate Market in our area.
