Helpful Rob
When we met Rob at the open house (of the house we finally bought )he was very easy going.He showed us about and then left us alone to wander and talk amongst ourselves. He was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all our initial questions. On the second visit we made an offer and he he handled the negotiations quickly and professionally. He suggested a conveyancer who was great and assisted when we wished to move the closing date forward. After the sale completed and we had a few questions about the house and nothing was a bother. Great guy - very straight forward. I feel I have made my first friend in my new town of Tewantin.

Outstanding service and knowledge.
We would highly recommend Marie, her knowledge of the area and experience is outstanding. We both felt comfortable to ask question which you do not always get with real estate agents. We thanked Marie for her service and she replied with " that's my job". I can assure you that customers don't always get this high quality service. Marie was fantastc
Marie was very friendly and easy going yet professional at the same time. She allowed enough time to view the house without any time pressure. She had a lot of knowledge, not only about the house, but the area as well. Nothing was too much trouble and Marie always responded to our phone calls or emails promptly. I would absolutely recommend Marie as an agent to sell your property.

5 Star treatment
From start to finish Rob and Rachel were extremely professional and proactive all the way, in the space of just 10 days not only did they find us a buyer they found us two and negotiated the best deal for us, the sale of a house is stressful but these guys took all the stress out of it I would highly recommend Robert James Reality

beyond selling a property
Rob is engaging and sells homes as I would guess many other agents do in their own particular way, however as a buyer what I found was the extra mile/s Rob was prepared to go to support us throughout the sale assisting with a painful Conveyancer of my unfortunate choosing, liaison with the seller for chattel inclusion and a specific completion date to limit renting cost exposure. Now that's the support you really want and for this I am happy to offer the rating above.

Professional Service
Robyn and I asked 5 different agents to look through our home and detail their approach to price, type of sale, marketing and recommendations. We settled on the team Rob Anderson and Racheal Sharp as we felt they had the best overall approach and understood the local market well. We were not disappointed. The house sold within a week and we achieved the price we wanted. Rob and Racheal were easy to deal with, listened to our requirements and gave excellent feedback.
