After some previous bad experiences with agents my wife and I were very careful and only interested in an agent with integrity, a successful track record and extensive local knowledge. We selected a short list of agents from the web, contacted them all with a list of questions on these criteria and asking for answers. Marie was selected and she lived up to her responses. She was fantastic! Communicative, providing excellent advice in a courteous manner and right on the edge of the downturn she got us a sale at the price we wanted within the expected time-frame. You couldn't ask for more! We hope to purchase again in the same area and we will be contacting Marie first.

From the first time we met Marie, we both felt comfortable with appointing her as our Agent to sell our property. There was no hesitation on our part. Marie was honest, professional, and knew her business. She provided information regarding the general area. She put our minds at rest regarding certain areas within our home that we thought may have to be updated before the home was advertised. She provided information on the exact fees regarding commission, market/internet advertising costs. She was always available to respond to any of our uncertainties.
