Such a pleasure working with Marie on the purchase of this property. Marie was so welcoming and patient as I worked through a number of considerations, on top of being away with work for a majority of the process. Marie went above and beyond in ensuring building and pest reports were completed in a timely manner, great communication with all parties and just an absolute delight! Look forward to working with Marie again soon :)
