Firstly - I would like to extend my sincere & deepest gratitude to Jenny for being an amazing human being despite keeping the professional background and the act of kindness. Recently we had a major destruction in the unit we were living in. My family had to go through unforeseen trauma in which Jenny acted as a saviour. I’d highly suggest working with Robert R Andrew Agency, especially Frank Zhang. He was wonderful when we rented with the agency, super helpful and kind. Whatever concerns we had, we can just tell him and he’s always willing to help us. Even when we were finding a new place to stay, he patiently searched for an apartment within our budget and showed us the apartments we wanted to inspect at any time of day. Such a warm hearted agent, we need more Franks in the rental market!! Overall, our experience with Robert R Andrew was wonderful because of him.
