They respond fast and are helpful, but some areas need improvements especially the rent inspections, tell us if your gonna be late/early/not show up

Clueless Property Managers
Property Managers were clueless about multiple questions relating to the property including whether or not the property had its own water meter, or green waste bin. Requests for maintenance have taken well over the 14 day threshold.

Open, Honest & Lisa the Owner's door is always open
Hi, We got off to a slightly disrupted start but to me the quality of an Organisation is best rated when something has gone wrong & how well they reacted & solved the problem. In this case, it was a relief to be able to talk it through with the Lisa (Owner). Sometimes Owners do not like hearing of problems and tend to shut you down. But this case was 100% opposite, not only did Lisa & Team resolve the situation quickly, they were very appreciative for the feedback. That to me was Gold and I knew that my Rental Property was in sound hands. Have no hesitation in highly recommending for either Property Mgt as well as Sales. Good Luck. Graeme

Great local agent

Great agent’s
I have used Roberts and Green to sell my property and they are amazing my unit sold in the 1st open house, I am now renting through them and I can’t fault my property manager Steph she is amazing there no job to big or small that hasn’t been fixed in a matter of days I highly recommend Roberts and Green for all real estate needs they are all very kind helpful and professional I am hoping to buy my next home with them. What a great team they are
