After having dealings with other Real Estates in the Hastings area, selling and managing my investment properties, my review and opinion has some fact in it. If only I had R&G looking after my investment property, I would have been so much better off. It was time to sell my investment property once it was repaired after being totally trashed in the hands of another Real Estate who could not careless. Lisa came highly recommended by word off mouth and I have known Lisa from years ago when buying properties. My mistake for not staying with them. BUT I came back to Roberts & Green to sell my house. Lisa being honest in her valuations and advise to get the best price, also easy to talk too. I studied the market values and even so Lisa still got MORE than what I expected for the sale. Once sold Megan, the Rental Manager was on the ball and had renters and all the paperwork done and they moved in quickly so I was able to receive rent until settlement date. Then new owners take over as they bought it for an investment property. Its hard to find a good Rental Manager but I have found one now, great job done, thanks Megan.
