We purchased a property this last month. We delt with another agent who was personable and lovely. We had Lisa taking offers to vendor, basically overseeing process- and we felt that as a buyer that we were dismissed. We were refused a second viewing and despite having in writing from Roberts and green that the vendor had agreed to issues being delt with before settlement this was blatantly ignored and refused at the last minute with Roberts and green refusing to help before settlement would go through incurring additional unexpected costs. A bit of a disappointing result. Would not recommend
