James has a deceptively mild manner which immediately puts you at ease - but this is tempered with vast experience allowing him to "get the job done" without being pushy or using a hard sell approach. He displays an abundance of patience and quiet self-confidence which is reassuring to a vendor, especially when markets change. Being disappointed with previous agents, I was determined to work with James and keep my finger on the pulse - he was happy to accommodate my wishes and his professionalism shone through repeatedly. Having sold 4 houses over my lifetime I can recommend James with confidence, as he is absolutely the best real estate salesman that I had the pleasure to meet.

This lady is an absolute GUN!! She has now sold two houses for us, most recently our own and earlier this year my late father's property. On both occasions Katt has been the consummate professional, highly organised and displaying a work ethic which is second to none. Both properties were priced just right and sold quickly, making things so much easier for us as vendors. She was able to quickly co-ordinate outside contractors to come in and do the work necessary to add value to the properties, again making the whole experience hassle-free. Katt is ethical, hardworking and really knows the local market, and I wouldn't hesitate for one second in recommending her as an agent for buying or selling a house.
