Went above and beyond for the buyer
Corinne did an exceptional job showing us multiple properties on a brief interstate visit, and then actively assisted in the negotiation of our 'first choice property' with the seller. Her prompt action and superior negotiation skills meant that we were able to secure our dream home much more quickly than we had anticipated. And Corinne didn't just walk away when the deal was done: she was there every step of the way, including helping us through the settlement period with all its inevitable hiccups. Corinne was very professional, highly organised, communicated regularly with us (often anticipating our needs), highly knowledgeable about the homes she was representing, demonstrated superior knowledge about the local market, and added a sense of fun to what is often a tense and stressful process for buyers. As well as delivering a great outcome for us as buyers, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Five stars is not a high enough rating for this exceptional real estate agent.

Corrine - The Agent That Goes Above and Beyond
Corinne organised an inspection for us at short notice and we made an offer straight away, which was accepted. During the purchase she was extremely professional and communicated with us throughout the entire process (having not purchased in Tassie before, there were a few differences). We enquired about building and pest, conveyancing etc and she promptly gave us a list of locals to choose from. Excellent, professional and personable.
Corinne recently sold my property in Port Sorell. I had no previous experience of selling property and was unsure what was involved. Corinne took the time to explain everything to me to ensure I understood every part of the process. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and she always made time to answer all of my questions.
