Non responsive, nor interested.
We had the five minutes of inspection. The property seemed to be okay. After I had it, I realised that it was an apartment of 25 years, during which the owners or the agency never invested a cent on. Every attempt to reach out to them failed. I was invited to sign the contract, and since then - everything has been done online. The agent is non responsive.
