Have not rented for many years, homeowner moving for a career promotion. mostly very helpful but a little slow to respond for issues, eg tv antenna, reasonable time frame for issues with lights ,locks etc. 1 week to respond after flagging the issue on the Monday not dealt with til the Friday and as we know nothing happens on a Friday. Long waiting times for reception, phone answering , if phone busy, unable to get through in 25 minutes! Receptionist possibly new but not particularly friendly tone possibly needs some more training on customer service! On arrival with furniture truck unable to access front door causing angst and extra costs to me to cover delay to access unit. Inability for reception to take calls very frustrating at time.I realise its Covid 19 and staff either working from home or limited and I'm not the only person in the world but my experience would have been enhanced if I had been able to communicate more promptly with a staff member that could have helped me . Saying that Susan from for maintenance was very helpful and polite when at last I spoke to her .
