Having a knowledgeable agent on site to answers questions is very important when making a new home purchase, especially when the house is as special as Brantwood Close. Mike was able to answer most of our questions on the property and when he wasn't sure he consulted the owner and gave us an answer swiftly. Mike was truthful during negotiations, even if at times it frightened us. It's great to feel the agent was working for us the purchaser as well as the owner of the property.
