Mike is an agent who doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear about your property he tells you what you need to hear so that you get the best price. His advice on how to present the property and what work needed to be done was invaluable, as he said “proper presentation delivers in spades” Mike is a great communicator, and his attention to detail saw him personally vacuuming the property after a tradie had been in as it was open for inspection the next day
