Reliable communication and gets results
Mike is a pleasure to do business with. He is very knowledgeable of all aspects of real estate and is up to date on current trends and property values. He is an excellent communicator who is honest and focuses on relevant issues sensitively and practically. He ikeeps one well-informed of progress. He listens to concerns and addresses them empathically and practically. He is able to negotiate effectively to get the best price for a property. Overall, he has effective time management skills and he gets good results.
