As expected when buying your first home, I was inexperienced and quite uncertain about the process. Tony and Robinson Property were with me every step of the way and able to provide me with any assistance I needed. Tony was easy to contact and very knowledgeable on the Newcastle property market.

Ben's professionalism and market understanding can't be overemphasized. His willingness to truly understand and appreciate his vendors needs and in turn actually listen to a buyer to negotiate the best outcome for both parties was refreshing. I never ended a phone call with Ben feeling like 'just another number' and would happily recommend him for any property transaction.

I've dealt with various agents throughout the process of house hunting and have had some bad experiences, however Darren was a breath of fresh air. His communication was great, he was polite and professional, and as a buyer I felt like he truly acted in the best interests of his client as well as the buyers. I highly recommend Darren.

As this was my first experience with purchasing, I was a little anxious throughout the initial stages of purchasing thinking what pressures might be placed on me by the agent. However, all my dealings with Darren were really positive; he kept me up to date, liaised with the Vendor on my behalf, was quick and actionable, and made my experience with Robinson Property easy and stress free.
