I rarely take the time to write reviews of any nature but I felt compelled to take the time to give Ben an accolade so justly deserved. We had a request to keep the marketing of the property as low keys we could. We were essentially wanting the test the market for a certain price and Ben managed the process with total discretion and efficacy delivering a stellar result in basically a month to our total satisfaction. He was able to qualify the prospective buyers properly to minimise the disruption to us. We selected Ben as our agent as he is widely known as attaining the right price in record time. If i had the time i could easily write a more exhaustive review about Ben's professional manner and capabilities. I cannot recommend him any higher.
