Kylie has comprehensive knowledge of the area and the market. The suggested price range turned out to be accurate. Our opinions were considered and our input to the property advertisement selling points were included. She provided great suggestions on presentation of the house which we followed. We were updated at all stages of the process and communication between the buyer the conveyancing teams was regular and very helpful to ensure completion of the sale. Commission was reasonable. We would definitely use Kylie's services again.
