Despite obstacles outside buyer and seller control, Roger peristed and everyone was happy.

Roger Loughnan (with his long time helper Monica) persisted with a complex situation involving complex and unknown future expenses and the buyer and myself were able to meet in the middle, with little to go on. Roger handled it perfectly for both buyer and seller, conveyancers and, after a big learning curve, we got there in the end, and everyone managed to remain respectful and helpful for an outcome to satisfy all parties.
