Living interstate we had the privilege of being recommended by a friend to use Monica at Roger Loughnan Real estate. Her marketing knowledge was very close to the mark particularly during these turbulant times with falling property sales, as a result we were gratefull and pleasantly surprised that we got what we did, which we believe comes down to her communication and negotiating skills. We were going through our own personal health and family issues and Monica was physically able to lend a helping hand as well as find appropiate tradies and helpers to assist us get the property ready for sale and settlement, as we were unable to be there for the duration of time it took to settle and empty the remaining contents of the house. We cannot thank Monica enough for her compassion, understanding and help negotiating new legislation and technology we are not used to. Monica and her team were a godsend for us "oldies". The team she worked with and recommended e.g conveyancer were also very understanding and accomodating. If Monica was tied up with work and could not take our calls, she would promptly text us to let us know she was tied up and when she may call us back.
