Roger provided exceptional personalised service and genuine country hospitality

From the moment I wandered into the Mapleton office to enquire about a listed property and met Roger, I immediately knew that I was in a safe pair of hands. Roger is genuinely friendly, honest & trustworthy, and he has an extensive practical knowledge of the local district, market and topography. Unlike many agents I have unfortunately had experience with in the past, he is a great listener and really goes out of his way to carefully understand and then meet your needs & expectations rather than just engage in high-pressure sales tactics. Rodger arranged an inspection of the property for me at extremely short notice and then a further inspection a few days later when my partner flew up; both times the house was fully opened-up, lights on and ready to view when we arrived and Roger was unobtrusive and let us take as much time as we needed to look things over and come to a decision. Roger was also able to recommend an excellent local conveyancer to me, oversaw the building & pest inspection, and even arranged to do the pre-purchase inspection for me as I was travelling overseas at the time of settlement. I cannot recommend Roger Loughnan highly enough; he is a true gentleman and local expert for the district with extensive market knowledge & experience and is absolutely wonderful to deal with.
