We, like many people had to face the harsh reality that we were not going to get anywhere near the money for our home that we expected ...or would have got a few years ago. This was a hard pillow to swallow, but, over the year it took to sell our home, we had to come to terms with the reality of the current real estate market. At no time did we feel that Sam, Kirsten and their team were to blame ...they patiently nursed us through, doing their best at all times.
