A process which she also assisted us through, knowing we had very little experience in this. I have not known a time when I couldn't contact Jess to discuss any concerns or issues which have troubled us and if she has not known the answer to these immediately, she has got back to us with a timely and thorough response. Her wonderful outlook on life has been inspiring and encouraging.
