Ros as always been extremely professional .
I have experienced several different real estate agents over the years and have always ended up using Ros, her professional attitude, local knowledge and customer service have always exceeded that of any of the other agents I have encountered in the Gladstone region.

Great Agent
We found Ros to have integrity, work hard and communicate well. She tried to look after the interests of us the sellers, but I think also the buyers. We would definitely recommend her. The property took about a year to sell, but was initially put on the market when it was very slow. We persisted with her as the agent and she persevered, eventually securing a sale for an amount that we were more than happy with.

A pleasure to deal with
Ros made the house buying process a breeze. This was our first home purchase so we didn't really know what to expect, but Ros was there every step of the way to help us through. Ros was a good communicator throughout the process and always got back to us promptly to answer our queries. She has a good knowledge of the local real estate market. We found Ros to be pleasant, understanding of our needs in selling our three properties. Very good communication keeping us informed of how our sales were going. Her understanding of marketing was valuable. Living in the area gave her a great understanding of property values. I would recommend her if you are looking to sell your property

Ros Waters was fantastic to work with
Ros Waters was fantastic to work with. Her hard work and genuine interactions are what got our house (Tannum Sands) sold! With Ros, our house had an offer within 3 months and a successful contract within 4 months. Prior to Ros our house was listed for sale with another local agent for 8-10months, in that time a total of 3 people inspected the property. Once listing with Ros, she saw countless buyers though the house. Throughout the process Ros was open and honest and her communication faultless. Ros we can't thank you enough!
