Highly recommended for property management. Very professional yet friendly, thorough and proactive when issues arises. The property manager and the team look after my first investment did a great job for the first 12 months that I have decided to sign up my second investment with them.

Tim and his team, Neda and Janice were really effective for us. They sorted out property out and worked with us. It was a really stressful time for our family as we were moving out of the house. Tim and his team sorted out the rental side of things for us.

The whole team at Ross Realty have been amazing from start to finish. Informative, Friendly, Proactive and Attentive, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience leasing my first home. My home was leased within 3 days by a great applicant offering over the asking price. If I need to lease or sell in the future I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Tim has been absolutely awesome and easy to work with since he joined the Ross team a few years ago. We find him very responsive and value the feedback he provides and he acts on our concerns when raised. We’d definitely be open to other property managers if it weren’t for the consistent top service provided by Tim.
