Before moving into Real Estate, for ten years Nigel was involved within the Retail Sales Industry obtaining Certificates in Retail Operations and Retail Management. He managed hundreds of staff members and dealing with customers on a daily basis is where he learnt his brilliant customer service skills.
In his first year of Real Estate, Nigel was awarded “Rising Star” of the year and in 2016. In 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 he was awarded the most recommended agent in Morley (ratemyagent.com.au). He has taken out the most recommended agent in Noranda (ratemyagent.com.au) in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026. He has developed a sound knowledge of the Real Estate market especially in the areas of Morley, Noranda and Beechboro.
Born and Raised in Noranda and educated in Morley/Bedford, in his younger days he played sport with the Noranda Junior Football Club and the Noranda Junior Cricket Club. Nigel has been a proud sponsor of many local sporting clubs and is currently the sponsor of the Swan City Snipers Basketball Team.

Great communicator, low stress approach
Nigel and his team have been fantastic to deal with from the very start of our journey. Never having sold previously, Nigel was fantastic at communications - getting back to us promptly and guiding us through the process. From connecting us with reliable trades and services to tips on what preparations we had to undertake pre-sale, his knowledge was invaluable. Our place sold at a fantastic price on the first home open. Even after the sale, his stress-free service was still provided to get us over certain hurdles. **Highly recommend Paul Ross – professional, patient and always available!
We were very happy with Paul Ross from Ross Realty throughout the sale of our home in Bayswater. Paul was always contactable, respectful and understanding when arranging home opens, taking into consideration both our tenants and prospective buyers. Selling the property involved three separate owners, which added some complexity and required Paul to communicate with and obtain information and confirmation from all three of us.
