Nigel kept me up to date at all times through the process of selling my house. Before it went on sale he suggested a few minor things to attend to in order to obtain the best price which, at the time, I thought a bit picky but soon realised that he was spot on with the final outcome being to my liking. As soon as the house went on the market it sold - 3 days later.
