The sellers of the home were quite particular about the type of people buying the home as they live in a new property next door. Paul took the time to get to know us as people, not just buyers and worked as an excellent conduit between ourselves and the sellers. It would have been easy for Paul to just 'sell', but I feel as though he has done a fantastic job to understand the needs of everyone.

I made contact with Paul Ross with regards to the sale of my Mothers home. From the first meeting to the sale of the house, there was always communication to keep me informed. Nigel did a great job in a tough market especially with the slow down in buyers for vacant land. With a few finance declines he kept at it and eventually negotiated a great sale price. Paul helped us find the house we wanted in just 2-3 weeks. I told Paul our budget and what we were looking for , we looked at 3 houses( not many I know , but Paul only showed us what we would be interested in ) , and got a great deal on the 2nd house we were shown.
