Has taken five months to sell my house..39 sailfish Drive Mountain Creek a gr8 house..it has been a major problem with the Kelly Rowling.. with communication getting back to me with what the buyers are doing and constantly me having to contact Kelly as to what is going on with the buyers or sale. Not taking prospective buyers details down at front door as required as security nor having any security measures at hand. Over and over and over constantly having to get in contact with Kelly as to what was happening... I was left in constant unknown as to what was happening...soooo over it this was my worst experience ever selling this is my 6th house.. and the worst Very little negotiating skills yet sell at any price no matter what !!! you decide. Don't tell at any level your sell price ie lowest is...cos that's all you will only expect to get at best ... hope this helps further sellers... all in all I would NOT RECOMMEND Kelly as an agent..or the agency.
