I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough, from the first time she walked in the door I felt comfortable and confident with her approach and knowledge of the area. Selling my late mother's home was a very difficult decision to make and living in Brisbane, I thought, would make things difficult but Kelly was very understanding and kind and made the whole process seamless. We decided to approach a couple of agents for appraisal with a view to getting ready to sell and move north. We weren't in any particular hurry but Kelly had a buyer in mind, our house was sold within 2 days for the sort of price we had been hoping for. We told Kelly that we were looking for a new home in the area. Kelly listened to our requirements and mentioned that she had a home coming onto the market that she thought would be close to what we were looking for. Three days later we inspected at the first open home on Saturday, and were the owners (signed contract) by later that night.
