It has been a pleasure to deal with Candace right from the start of our house selling process. She was professional and business-like as well as very friendly and easy to deal with. The photography was brilliant and it made our property look spacious and desirable. Some of the shots were so well taken that we hardly recognised our own home of 18 years! Throughout the process, Candace was excellent about keeping us informed of any negotiations that were taking place. She worked very hard to close the final deal for us. I have not had an opportunity to review the market knowledge of Candace nor her negotiation skills because my primary contact at R.T Edgar was another agent, so I had only peripheral exposure to Candace. For this reason ONLY, I have rated Candace as 7 out of 10. However, she is being educated by one of the best in the real estate business and I think she is intelligent and a very quick learner. Candace also likes the real estate business. As I result I have every confidence that Candace has the market knowledge required and will quickly pick up the negotiation aspect, if not already by now. Candace also has a very welcoming and enthusiastic personality and would be well-received by people in the real estate market which is conducive to successful transactions. For these reasons, I would be happy for Candace to be engaged on my real estate affairs.
