From the onset, Lawrence was tremendously patient and courteous towards my mother and I. As well, he demonstrated a sound knowledge of the market, created a tailored media and marketing strategy for our property and had a firm grasp of the minutest details of the entire auction process. Lawrence maintained a transparent process ensuring that we had full oversight of the entire process. We recently sold our Kew residence in May which was during the off peak season. Market conditions were not favourable with a rising rate of auctions failing to sell and prices softening in recent months. Despite this, we had a very successful auction result reaching a price that was over 25% above the reserve price in stark contrast to other auctions occurring across Melbourne on the same day. Moreover, the price was comparable to more buoyant market conditions. It certainly bucked the trend which can be attributable to the abilities of Lawrence and his team. We were extremely pleased with Lawrence's services and of course the result !
