Caring local agent
Helen Sankey & RT Edgar were an excellent choice to sell our treasured family home of 22 years! Being a longtime local Helen was very aware of the Gisborne market and she was also understanding of our circumstances and needs in selling our home which we built 22 years ago which is more than bricks and mortar to us. We were pleased with the selling price as it concurred with our hopes and Helen's initial range estimate of the property's worth from our first meeting. Helen's skills in negotiating with the various prospective purchasers was also first rate.

Outstanding Professionalism
Ray was a true joy to work with and sold both of our properties each within a few weeks of them hitting the market which in the current climate was a concern for us. We did some mystery shopping to begin with attending a few different open houses to see the agents in action before drawing up a shortlist for interviews. From the initial interviews we conducted he was a clear stand out to some of the other agents who not only came unprepared to our meeting, but only seemed concerned about turning the property over quickly no matter what the result. Ray took the time with us to discuss the pricing, sales and marketing strategy to come up with something we were happy with. His consistent communication throughout the process even whilst we were travelling overseas enabled us to feel completely comfortable knowing our property was in great hands. As it turned out the deal went through whilst we were away, and it was completely painless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ray to any other owner in the Macedon Ranges looking to sell.

Outstanding agent
