Made everything Simple
Dalia made things simple and easy from appointment of first contact, to any questions asked during the stay and asking any questions upon end of lease. She was very prompt in explaining and answering our queries clearly and made everything hassle-free. Dalia made this entire stay effortless.

Great Agent - Ms Dalia Tchaba
I would like to thank Dalia in providing such a great support for my first rental experience. The rental place was urgently needed for my new job commencing in April 2021 and the evening class in Wetherill park TAFE. With her assistance, I was able to settle down in very short period of time and maintain the balance between work and study. Where any issue appears such as curtain cleaning and door lock fixing, She has always responded promptly. Amazing, Responsive and Personalized Agency!
RAINE & HORNE WETHERILL PARK has been amazing in managing my rental property. I live overseas and would not trust anyone else to look after my rental apartment whilst being away. Responsive, timely and they make you feel like they’re looking after their own homes. Joanne in particular has been tremendously helpful and on the ball. Thanks for the great work! Natalie Ruisi, the business principal, and senior property manager took time to discuss the management process and arrangement. Her presentation was very professional. She is very approachable and ready to assist. Joanne Sidoti, the property manager and Dalia Tchaba, leasing officer, are readily and easily contactable phone and email. Over the years I have been involved with agents from both the aspect of being a tenant in the early years of my life, and now as a landlord. So needless to say, I have had experience on both sides of the fence. Today I have several investment properties across different states, the two in NSW are under the care of Raine & Horne Wetherill Park. I use the word (care) simply because it truly applies to the service that I continue to receive from them. The team "from day one" gave exceptional service and advice; when both properties were being developed, long before they were ready for rental or for that matter before any rental contract was signed. They continued to give informative information or what tenants desired in the local market, this was not just about what made the property desirable, but also what would ensure long term tenancy.
