We decided that Sam Ruisi was the Agent that we should entrust with the sale of our biggest financial asset.We attended a few open houses to see how Agents deal with vendors/buyers, their knowledge and honesty, as soon as we met Sam we knew that he was exactly who we needed.When Sam inspected our home he gave us his honest opinion on the value of our home, recent sales in our area based on similar properties, explained strategies and gave us all the advice possible for a vendor who has lived in their home for decades and has no knowledge of the housing market.
