Apart from my first visit all my communication was via phone/ email. I was given clear information about the sale process and costs. I thought the initial suggested and advertised price was a bit too optimistic as the market had slowed down and this was reflected in the final sale price. Reports were sent regularly showing viewer interest and my questions or advice on sale information was acted upon quickly. The final sale price was negotiated professionally and was compatible with the market at the time. No problems with the transaction.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Geoff while looking for a block to purchase on Russell Island. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions honestly and was more than happy to take us to see many blocks in our price range. It was difficult looking for a block of land as we dont live in Brisbane. We were drawn to one block in particular and on more than one occasion Geoff took us to have another look. Many agents would be annoyed taking you to see the same block more than once. We also dealt with Danni who works alongside Geoff and she was also extremely helpful.. Would highly recommend them.
