I was kept informed by both Megan and the Conveyancing company I used. Everything went very smoothly, my property was only on the market for a very short period of time . Right time right place the way Megan said it. A contract was signed for the sale and the process started. The Buyer had a 3 week contract and everything went through without a high and Settlement was on the agreed date.
