Robert was easy to talk to and was on the same page with the sale; wanting a quick sale, but at the same time getting a good return on investment. The whole process was seamless and simple, take photos, post online, and sell. Not having to worry about an open house was a huge relief, and took a lot of pressure off the process. Great communication with us as sellers from day one, on point market appraisals, he worked hard and had to earn every penny of his commission, but he did not quit, he provided truthful information and in the end delivered what he contracted to do, we are very happy with the outcome and would recommend him to others in the Calliope QLD area ( well any area really but our experience was in the Calliope location).
