Finally - after 9 months of exhausting pursuit my wife and I were able to buy our dream home. I knew that I wanted to sell, but there was a lot about selling that I was unsure. Anthony explained the options to me, suggested some additional options that could improve the interest and price of my property, and he took care of all the admin stuff. The result, a sale within three weeks (two opens) at a price that was close to the maximum I was expecting. There were some tricky aspects of the negotiation with the buyer and the sale, and Anthony navigated them efficiently. Highly recommended
