S&S property and Projects Blackwood is a boutique real estate Agency established in 2018 by Sophie Newland.
Having grown up in Bellevue Heights and attending open inspections 'for fun' with her father on weekends... it comes as no surprise a career in Real Estate was the end result for Sophie. Upon leaving school she completed a Bachelor of Business in Property and has also worked in advertising, and owned a number of successful tourism and hospitality based businesses prior to returning to the property industry.
After living on Kangaroo Island for 12 years, the business began from home in Adelaide and the calls to assist the islanders came thick and fast. So much so that Sophie's partner Stuart, an accountant of 30 years, quit his job and now works full time alongside Sophie, enabling them to set out what was originally planned and service the local area in which they live.
In July 2022, after four years working from home, the S&S Office in the heart of Blackwood was opened. It's a beautiful welcoming space to meet and discuss your property needs.
