Buying the house was an effortless transaction and so was selling. Helen is an incredible agent that always has everyone's best interest at heart. Each open home had so much interest and we sold in the first week! Way above what we were hoping for. Helen made the process for us really easy. Helen knows our area in particular, but her professional conduct and expertise would have her familiarise herself with whatever local area in which the property was located. Ours was shown on a Saturday, after Helen arranged cleaning and gardening (included in her competitive feep). She sold it for a good price in just three days. Why would I go elsewhere?
