We sold our home with Helen and her team. The process was great, and everything went well. We were purchasing at the same time. So, we had to rent the property back for 2 weeks to allow time for the move. Due to their affiliation with REMAX, the Buyers appointed their agency to draft the lease agreement and manage the lease for 2 weeks. We didn’t receive the lease agreement on time and things got complicated and almost messed up the settlement. Helen interfered and resolved the situation. We are very happy with the outcome.

Helen was incredibly unresponsive to our offers and did not respond to us for days; constantly leaving us to chase her up. Not only this but she also failed to disclose that the roof was being replaced until we found no roof on the house- which is not a small matter. Settlement nearly did not occur as the issues had not been resolved on the day of settlement as she was resistant to help the situation.
