If you can’t get her on the phone straight away it’s because she’s wheeling a dealing another contract, leave a message she WILL get back to you. Not only did she sell my property before it hit the market she achieved a higher price for my property than other agents appraised it at. By a chance meeting of Albert (and knowing him from my area for many years prior) out the front of our house, I knew that he had recently joined NGU Platinum and let him know I was wanting to sell the house. He immediately set up a meeting and this is where I met Helen Saba. I felt like I already knew her though as I had seen her on Selling Houses Australia and immediately felt comfortable. Having built this house 24years ago and bringing up 4 boys, their advise on how to freshen things up and declutter was invaluable. They then gave us the time to do this and were so patient with this process. When it was finally time to begin marketing they came over to take photo's of the house and then Helen suggested we have an Open House that weekend. Initially this was a little shock to me but trusted the advise Helen gave me. Open House came. 20 groups of people through on the Saturday and by the Monday 2 offers were presented and we were able to sign off and accept 1 of the offers. Helen and Albert have demostrated professionalism, a very strong knowledge of the market and had a proven track record of quick sales in the area. We put our trust and faith in these agents and we were not disappointed. I would highly recommend Helen Saba and Albert Anae to anyone wanting to sell their house.
