Michelle communication was foultless, the whole way through process.

Michelle recently helped sell my investment house and she was absolutely outstanding to deal with.Since I live 1000 km from the property I couldn't be present for the final inspection, nor I could find all trades needed to carry out the required work. Michelle gave wonderful advice on preparing the house for market, recommended trades, who were excellent. She checked the progressing work at every stage. Just on all round super efficient lady, friendly, down to earth and top negotiator. I realy appreciated her advice. Thanks to Michelle entire effort, the house was only on the market for 6 days. I would highly recommend her to any potential buyers and sellers. Without her guidance, I wouldn't have achieved such a result. Thank Michelle again for everything.

Town House Purchase

I found Michelle to be forthcoming to answer any enquiries and questions I had about my recently purchased property from the first inspection through to the handover, no problems dealing with her. Thankyou Michelle . A word of advice to anyone buying a property with rental terms attached is check with your Solicitor for any additional costs attached ,ie Sales Tax, " OUCH " ! ! ! !

Or here Wow! Thank you Sage Realty for selling our home! First inspection and first offer accepted! I didn't expect to sell it that quickly, so all my emotions flooded in at once! Michelle was nothing shy of amazing! Not only did she help us sell our home, she ressured us the whole time. This was our first home, so we had no idea what to expect when selling. Nothing was too hard for Michelle. All my queries and questions were never too much for her. We felt very comfortable that our home was in safe hands.
