Met Preet at the house for sale and was welcomed by a warm and friendly agent. That’s expected I suppose as they want a sale. 😁 But having viewed the home and having a chat in regards to the home and price etc, we were left feeling relaxed and happy in our first meeting. We left saying we may put in an offer later that day and Preet said he would put our offer forward to the vendor as quick as possible. Within a few hours we had agreed a price and have never been happier. Preet has gone above and beyond through the whole process and has always been easily contactable, happy to help in other areas with the exchange of the home. What we found out during the process was that, if Preet said he would do or ask something about our questions etc he would not make something up to keep us happy. He’d explain he was unsure and find out and get back to us. His openness & truthfulness was refreshing in dealing with real estate agents.
