I think selling homes is about the little things, responsivity, openess, honesty and authenticity. Tammy demonstrated all of these things in spades. She attended to the little things that needed to happen, was incredible with the renters and managed to get the house sold in a quiet market. She was always affable and clear in her communications with me and any potential buyers. I highly reccomend her to sell your home.

As a first-time home buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience working with Tammy Carroll from Sails Real Estate to buy my little property in the Fishpen area of Merimbula. From my very first viewing to the final closing, she demonstrated an unmatched level of professionalism, deep market knowledge, and true dedication. Navigating the market for the first time was extremely daunting for me, but Tammy's communication style is excellent—she kept me informed every single step of the way, patiently guided me through the process, and made sure I always knew exactly where I stood. She even very patiently and diligently answered multiple repeated questions that I asked as I felt clueless! I deeply appreciated Tammy’s total transparency and genuine kindness throughout the entire journey. Her negotiation skills were top-tier, securing a fantastic outcome for me, and her infectious enthusiasm made buying my first little home (AKA My Little Ripper!) an absolute joy. What truly set her apart was how she went above and beyond prior to settlement. Tammy completely took the stress off of my shoulders by managing and organising the Strata repairs and coordinating minor home modifications before I even picked up the keys. Very Helpful with Purchase of House and Tenancy

We have had multiple interactions with real estate agents and Tammy was a stand out. She gave us such a positive experience when finding the perfect property for our family. We had been on the hunt for many months and Tammy was always so approachable and helpful. We found Tammy to be very genuine, honest and she went above and beyond without any hassles.
